1. Formulate, execute and coordinate sales plans; draft project investment-promotion materials and design corresponding marketing campaigns. 2. Identify and manage external business-development partnerships (sales agents, industry associations, provincial departments of commerce, etc.). 3. Maintain and expand both existing and new customer accounts; conduct independent client visits and meetings, handle end-to-end communication and consolidate customer feedback. 4. Autonomously develop international-brand exhibitors and progressively raise the ratio of overseas participants. 5. Deliver sales-skills and product training to the sales team; set periodic sales targets and provide executives with actionable solutions. 6. Demonstrate strong data-acquisition ability and proficiency in multiple data-mining tools. 7. Review and prepare contracts, cooperation agreements, booth-sales contracts and ensure payment collection. 8. Participate in setting sales strategies, guide and coordinate the sales team to achieve performance KPIs. 9. Compile intelligence on competing exhibitions, lead field visits and on-site canvassing, and collect customer data through diverse channels.
Job requirements:
1. 5–8 years of marketing or sales experience in industrial exhibitions such as machinery or chemical sectors. 2. Fluent English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. 3. Hard-working, resilient and highly driven. 4. Career path: aimed at Project Manager role.
